SO, HOW DOES IT WORK?
Easy! You’ll work one-on-one with your Now Boarding travel advisor to plan a seamless trip, from beginning to end. Here’s how it will all go down:
01- Connect
We want to get to know you! We’ll first connect on a complimentary planning call, so we can learn more about your travel dreams and preferences—and get all your questions answered, too.
02- Design
Next, we’ll begin working on your preliminary itinerary. Typically, you’ll get three proposals to choose from, then we’ll tweak the one you like the most until it’s a perfect fit.
03- Arrange
With your itinerary finalized, we’ll take it from here. Relax as we book and manage all of your vacation components, including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and more. You’ll get access to your own client portal to make deposits and track your travel arrangements.
04- Jet off!
Now the anticipation builds! Once your departure date gets closer, we’ll arrange a final call to go over everything with you—including your i n-depth itinerary and what to expect on the ground. Once you depart, don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance. We’re here to support you every step of the way!
